BBQ for HK SAR!

Our Saturday evening tasting at Roundhouse Kitchen + Beer was another smashing success.  I would estimate around 200 revelers were in attendance, moving from vendor to vendor to try an array of wines.

I was able to sneak away from our table to try a couple of the wines, the most memorable was a Gewurztraminer.  Sweet, but still retained its acidity, I could have bathed in this wine.

The tasting was followed by a great dinner with Rex and the Find Wine crew.  Can't wait til next month!!!

HOFWs  spent the holiday with our friends from Wine Lok.  We BBQed, sipped bubbles and Bordeauxs, and took in the beauty of our country. 

The views from the Sai Kung Jet Ski Club were amazing, and the weather could not have been more perfect.  Got to love the post typhoon sunshine!!  

BBQ delicacies include, but were not limited to:

Peking Duck
Lamb
Fish
Beef 

Which were all wonderful with our Bordeaux Superior.

And the sun went perfectly with our Punta Rosa Rose Prosecco.  Beautiful beach weather.  No wine tarriff.  Great vibes.   New friends.  Amazing food.  What's not to love about Hong Kong!!??
